My name is Sarah, and I’m so glad you decided to drop by Well O’ Faith.
Statement of Faith (What I Believe)
I believe that God is the Creator of all things. That He has always and will always exist in three parts–The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit–known as the Trinity.
The Bible is the inerrant Word of God, wholly true and dependable.
Jesus Christ is the Son of God. He was the perfect sinless sacrifice for our salvation, and died on the cross so that we would be eternally forgiven. After three days, he arose from the dead proving He conquered both sin and death. He ascended to Heaven, ruling beside His Father until His return to earth to reign as the King of Kings.
Salvation is the free gift of God, to believers, but we must accept it. You cannot earn your salvation and it can never be taken away. Our eternal life begins when we accept Jesus and this undeserved gift.
We as people are made in the image of God. We are not angels and will never become angels. We are imperfect, and unceasingly loved by God.
God created us to worship and adore Him, and in doing so we find joy comes from Him. However, we continually fail, continually fall, and are continually forgiven.
Who I Am
I’m a daughter of the One True King, and worship Him with gladness and thanksgiving.
A wife of nearly fifteen years, who is continually discovering God’s will for my marriage.
A mother to five beautiful blessings, one in Heaven and four I have the joy of watching grow up before my eyes.
I love chocolate, and cupcakes; the smell of new books, and the feeling of physical pages beneath my fingers; developing knowledge in myself and my children, as well as a love of learning; comfort food in all its delicious glory; health and fitness, in both mind and body.
